Job description

Job Type: Full-time

Leading US-based immigration law firm Corporate Immigration Partners P.C. works collaboratively with the tech-enabled process and EoR solution company Pacston to find multiple senior business immigration attorneys.

The attorney hired will be responsible for preparing and filing employment-based immigration cases. Below we will discuss the job description in further detail while explaining who we are and who we seek for our firm.

Who We Are

Corporate Immigration Partners P.C. is one of the fastest-growing immigration law firms in the U.S. this past decade. The experts and outstanding attorneys at our company have successfully processed more than 32,000 employment-based immigration (I-140) and non-immigrant (I-129) cases for numerous satisfied clients.

Our company believes in providing trusted immigration services because immigrants make America a more prosperous, diverse, and strong nation. Our primary goal is to utilize the latest innovative information technology to achieve extraordinary immigration experiences. We want individuals and employers to succeed, so we will equip them with the necessary resources.

When clients choose Corporate Immigration Partners P.C. to handle their immigration needs, we provide legal expertise wrapped up in creative strategies, clairvoyant thought processes, unique customer service approaches, and refreshingly clear guidance. This is why our valued clients know they can rely on us to consistently deliver results that exceed their expectations.

Who We Are Seeking

Our unique approach to delivering immigration legal services has led to considerable growth and made us one of the fastest-growing immigration law firms in the U.S. over the years.

With the rapid growth and high demand of our individual and corporate clients, we continue to expand our team of attorneys. At this time, we aim to recruit over a hundred knowledgeable and skilled attorneys to join our extraordinary legal team in the coming years.

Now, we are also hiring multiple Senior Business Immigration Attorneys who are eager to join our expert team on a full-time and permanent basis. Anyone hired for this prestigious role will need to interact with many coworkers in our company at all levels. Those employed will also be required to regularly interact with corporate clients and foreign nationals.

Additionally, since immigration law is incredibly complex and fraught with numerous challenges, this role requires a special personality skill set. The attorneys (and selected supporting staff) hired for this position need to enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment while not being adverse to being exposed to challenges handling an extensive list of employment-based visa types. We only wish to add team members who are truly passionate about this position and understand their work makes a difference and positively contributes to the success of our clients in America.

Apply To Join Our Team As A Business Immigration Attorney

If this sounds like your ideal position, please apply to become a business immigration attorney at our firm. Should you be hired, you can choose to work at any of our metropolitan offices in Dallas, Chicago, Boston, or Los Angeles with hybrid arrangements available.

For initial assessment of your eligibility, please complete a grammar and writing test. For both of these tests, there will be time limits.

You must carefully complete these tests as they are among the primary factors we consider when determining if an applicant is suitable for the position. So, although the tests are timed, try to answer each question to the best of your ability to avoid careless mistakes and typos.

To APPLY, please upload your resume and finish the recruiting assessments on Pacston's digital recruiting platform: https://apply.pacston.com/. (See more information below.) We look forward to hearing from you.
