About this Role

Cipolla Law Group is growing! We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to represent our clients for the immigration matters below:

• EOIR / Removal Defense
• Humanitarian Cases (Asylum, VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, etc.)
• Family-Based Immigration
• Citizenship/Naturalization

This role involves the following duties:

• Courtroom representation
• Client consultations
• Client strategy development
• Case preparation and supervision
• Leadership within a supportive and mission-driven legal team

Qualification

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with removal proceedings and EOIR cases
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Immigration Issues, Immigration Law, and Removal Proceedings
• Deep understanding of legal procedures and processes related to Immigration court system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent research and advocacy abilities
• Spanish fluency (required)
• Excellent professional references
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle work-related stress effectively
• Self-motivation and initiative
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate well in a team environment
• Strong technological proficiency (case management software, digital workflows, etc.)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active state bar license
