The Assistant is an intergral part of the team and helps with various functions.

Responsibilities

Supporting the team with ERP (Baan LN) and CRM usage

Travel and VISA organization

Preparing presentations and team reports

Assist different management team members in their day to day business.

Qualifications

Experience working as an assistant or in a related field that has provided equivalent experience

Professional and team-oriented approach

Candidate should have exceptional administrative skills

The job requires high level of attention to detail

Solid experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
