Duties

• Draft and review executive employment agreements and equity plans.
• Collaborate with a national practice group on complex legal issues.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Strong academic background.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas preferred.
