The New York office is seeking highly qualified attorneys with two to six years of project finance experience at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in drafting and negotiation of financing documents for domestic and/or international project financings, as well as project contract and project development experience. Will also consider candidates with a leveraged finance background.
