• Conduct legal research related to US finance and securitization law.
• Advise on New York securities law and U.S. federal securities law.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law or foreign equivalent.
• Three years of experience in financial transactions and agreements.
• Experience with domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Education
