The candidate will schedule meetings, manage calendars, make reservations and plan travel arrangements. Will assist the team with various projects, including research, organizing digital files, managing Excel spreadsheets, data entry and other clerical responsibilities. Engage with clients, third party vendors, and others by phone and email. Should be practical and resourceful, with attention to detail. Must have amazing customer service skills and treat everyone with respect. Should have extensive experience with MS Outlook, Office, Excel (and possibly QuickBooks).
