Network Engineer
Responsibilities: Respond to support requests via phone and email. Support topics include Windows, Microsoft Office with third-party addins/ macros, various desktop applications, network, and hardware issues. Support calls may occur outside of normal work/business hours. Maintenance work will require occasional time outside of normal work/business hours. Troubleshoot and repair various hardware and software-related issues involving user workstations running Windows 10/11. Assist with Windows server-related design, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assist with network-related design, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assist with the evaluation, testing and implementation of software/solutions.
