Duties

• Manage and support litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other case-related documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Work closely with partners, clients, and support staff to develop case strategy and advance matters efficiently.
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Requirements

• Active admission to the State Bar of California.
• 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, bad faith, fraud, or related practice areas.
• Experience handling written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings.
• Strong case management, analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
• Availability to make in-person appearances as needed.
• A commitment to professional growth and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
