Director of Regional Operations

The candidate will work directly with the Managing Director of Premises Operations and will serve as a core leader at the nexus of the firm’s expansion and growth. Help set financial and operational goals for attorneys and staff, and monitor performance in real-time through KPIs and dashboards. Maintain a clear understanding of business needs as they pertain to local and national firm interests. Resolve roadblocks and challenges for attorneys and staff by managing and tracking support from other corporate departments (e.g., Training, IT, HR, etc.). Guarantee teams are fully equipped to achieve their targets by directing vision, training, technology, and support. Provide appropriate leadership to promote positive employee morale and a performance-oriented culture in accordance with the firm's values. Report and communicate department goals and progress to appropriate stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields is required. Should have 7-15 years of corporate experience directly managing other people. Experience working in a Salesforce environment is preferred.
