This role supports the firm's innovation initiatives to enhance legal service delivery in the Finance business units through collaboration across various departments.

Duties

  • Lead efforts to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies in Finance business units.
  • Develop and maintain precedent libraries and organize deal documents.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Information team to integrate practice content into workflows.
  • Design and improve client-facing solutions and streamline client intake processes.
  • Support projects to digitalize practice, including automation and data capture.
  • Oversee training curriculum development and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Integrate AI into legal practice to automate workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Evaluate legal service delivery efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology initiatives.
  • Develop case studies for marketing and maintain business unit resources.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a Finance attorney in a large law firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in legal services.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive outlook.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
