Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of cases, focusing on securities disputes, professional liability defense, and civil litigation.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents, managing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute strategic approaches for client matters.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Stay current with legal trends and developments in securities law and professional liability matters to provide clients with informed guidance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of legal practice, with a strong foundation in civil litigation.
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in Connecticut.
• Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, sharp legal analysis, and excellent attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: A proactive mindset, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
