Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to copyright and IP licensing.
• Provide strategic counseling on copyright matters to a diverse client base.
• Assist in developing compliance strategies with copyright laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients in the music, entertainment, and content industries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with music, entertainment, and/or content industries preferred.
• Experience in copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
