Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified commercial litigation attorney with three (3) to four (4) years of experience to join our West Palm Beach Office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic litigation team

with a nationally recognized reputation.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking and defending depositions, handling substantive motion practice hearings in state and federal court, and preparing motions and legal memoranda. The ideal candidate will work on a wide variety of cases and possess exemplary communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple projects.

Candidates must possess an outstanding academic record with a JD from an ABA accredited law school, and be admitted to and in good standing with The Florida Bar. The ability to function both independently and within a team is essential.
