The candidate's responsibilities include: Cover switchboard during Receptionist lunch/afternoon break. Receives, date-stamps, sorts and routes mail and publications. Receives incoming courier deliveries and prepares courier or overnight outgoing documents. File documents with the court and obtain court certified copies. Order and stock office/kitchen/conference room supplies. Keep kitchen and conference rooms stocked, clean and orderly. Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, mass mailing and collating.
