Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Proficiency in M&A transactions and private equity.
• Familiarity with securities law and fund formation preferred.
• Admission to the NY Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active NY Bar membership.
