The candidate contributes to the filing and digitalization of the Firm's financial records. Ensures case naming consistencies within the general ledger. Prepares timely and accurate processing of accounts payable; receives, verifies, and posts accounts payable into general ledger. Generates weekly time and delinquency reports. Conducts monthly reconciliation of Firm credit card accounts. Assists in preparation of time and expense affidavits in support of attorney's fees and expenses. Records general ledger entries utilizing Excel. Prepares ad hoc reports as requested. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 1-3 years bookkeeping or clerical experience. Experience with Quickbooks (desktop and online versions) is required.
