IP Docketing Clerk

The candidate' will process incoming postal/electronic foreign and domestic mail from the USPTO and foreign associates; update critical information in the docketing database; maintain accuracy of the docketing database to ensure quality of records; generate docket reports and queries; handle inquiries from attorneys, paralegals and secretaries in a timely and efficient manner; and assist with various administrative duties. A general understanding of patent and/or trademark prosecution is helpful but not required. Familiarity with IP docketing systems is also preferred but not required. Must have the ability to prioritize daily workload, as well as recognize and act on important details and deadlines. Our top candidates have the ability to work under pressure, respond quickly to changing demands, and are self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. They also have strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills.
