A law firm in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their team. The Real Estate Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling significant litigation matters in real estate law, including drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, and all aspects of trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, extensive experience in legal research, and the ability to develop effective legal strategies.

Duties:

• Handle significant litigation matters in real estate law.
• Draft motions, pleadings, judgments, and all aspects of trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Oversight and analysis of discovery.
• Develop strong and effective legal strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in California.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Significant experience in real estate law.
• Outstanding writing skills.
• Ability to assume immediate independent responsibility.
• Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Trust law preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• California State Bar License.
