The candidate will shape and streamline buying program, including their terms. Support Legal Sales colleagues in customer negotiations. Prepare negotiation playbooks and other training materials. Gather inputs from stakeholders and tools to identify and implement strategies and processes to refine the buying programs. Provide continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates, and legal and operational processes. Effectively advise, educate, and assist in the enforcement of offer policies and processes. Partner with, and build strong relationships with, other Legal team members and business functions to drive business objectives. Balance the needs in engineering business units and sales teams. Drive processes and materials to help Legal scale for growth and reduce contract cycle time. Work in a sprint process/agile mode on special projects that deliver transformational results.
