• Conduct legal research involving estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
• Manage trust administration and probate matters.
• Collaborate with clients, fiduciaries, and financial professionals on estate and tax planning objectives.
• Prepare and review related legal filings and transactional documentation.

Requirements

• 5 years of dedicated experience in estate and tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws impacting estate planning.
• Experience with probate and trust administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client matters and deadlines.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership (required).
• LL.M. in Taxation (preferred but not required).
