The candidate should have experience in the civil litigation process from beginning to end, including evaluating claims and defenses, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, motion practice, appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for and participating in mediation and settlement negotiations. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar and in good standing.
