• Assist with litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and analyzing evidence and documents.
• Develop clear and compelling legal writing for briefs, memos, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
• Support senior attorneys in case preparation, courtroom proceedings, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing legal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience practicing in court.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes.
• Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields.
• Skilled in litigation discovery assistance, reviewing documents, identifying relevant information, and supporting case strategies.
• Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce precise and persuasive documentation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (JD or equivalent), with active licensure to practice law in Tennessee.

Certifications

• Active licensure to practice law in Tennessee.
