Job Summary
Xfinity is looking for a customer obsessed, results oriented Product Manager for Internet Growth Segments. The ideal candidate will be excited to deeply learn the consumer pain points, financial and operational business drivers, externalities, and points of leverage within the product domain to identify new product strategies or product enhancements that drive value. This role will be responsible for establishing and building a long-term product strategies and concepts for the Senior Director of Internet Growth Segments, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. This person will be comfortable influencing executives and the top level of the organization as well as communicating an inspirational product future.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Build & drive new product strategy and concepts.
Build strong point of view on product vision & direction for Xfinity internet product portfolio.
Serve as a product strategist to uncover and understand where there is white space.
Create, maintain, and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., competitive analysis, consumer studies, etc.) to drive product & consumer insights.
Leverage data and research to identify & define product strategies.
Articulate how different product strategies translate to customer value, business impact and drive differentiation.
Identify key financial drivers & sensitivity on product concepts & develop financial perspective.
Capable of driving clarity with unstructured or ambiguous problems
Passion for knowing the full product story.
Embody a genuine curiosity for how to solve customer problems.
Become a subject matter expert & represent a depth of knowledge on emerging product concepts.
Communicate compelling product & customer vision.
Produce high quality, influential presentations to communicate product strategies for senior executive leadership.
Understand unique audience requirements and develop appropriate material.
Build energetic, positive relationships with stakeholders.
Prioritizes building strategic relationships with stakeholders; works to align teams to a product vision.
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to take product strategies through to production (e.g., launch of new services, features, enhancements, etc.)
Convene different stakeholders to drive towards resolution of critical path issues and areas of misalignment.
Operationalize strategy into real customer experiences.
Ongoing activity in gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence data for product line performance; identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing / commercial teams to develop compelling GTM plans (e.g., offers, pricing & packaging)
Serve as product subject matter expert to the finance teams and develop perspectives on product unit economics, pro formas and implications to long-range plans.
Provides product support and documentation and develop product materials.
Participate in special projects; other duties as assigned.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
