Solicitor Property Litigation

Profile

We are looking for a property litigation solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join our Dispute Resolution team, recommended in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

The role will focus on property litigation, but support the team more widely as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing an agreed caseload of clients in conjunction with the senior solicitors and Department Manager.

Processing clients’ cases in a timely and cost-effective basis.

Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm’s objectives and comply with the firm’s quality standards.

Keeping clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers.

Supervising junior staff, particularly trainees, from time to time.

Supporting business development and networking activities.

The successful candidate will:

Have at least a 2.1 degree.

Have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.

Have completed training at a recognised and respected firm.

Be enthusiastic and hard working.

Have good written and verbal communication skills.

Be team player and reputable.
