A growing law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Partner-Level Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of legal practice in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in community association law and/or litigation, though prior work in these areas is not required. Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on matters involving governing documents and relevant Florida statutes

• Review and negotiate contracts related to community associations and general legal matters

• Draft legal correspondence, motions, and advisory letters

• Attend hearings and represent clients in litigation as needed

• Provide counsel on compliance and operational matters for community associations

• Support the growth and development of the firm’s community association practice

• Maintain client relationships and manage workflow efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years practicing law in Florida

• Experience in community association law or litigation preferred but not required

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client communications

• Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures and statutes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills

• Strong verbal communication and courtroom presence

• Ability to interpret and advise on governing documents and regulatory statutes

• Proficient in managing case timelines and client deliverables

• Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively with legal teams

• Business development or client origination experience a plus
