Requirements

• Active membership with the Texas State Bar.
• Fluency in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 2+ years of experience in M&A, corporate law, and business law.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
