Duties:

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and support for renewable energy projects and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide expert legal advice and solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Specific expertise in renewables and renewable energy projects.
• Strong academic record with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education:
