Job Overview:
A prominent U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to support its litigation practice with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device products liability matters. This position requires strong legal writing skills and extensive experience handling Daubert and Rule 702 motions. The successful candidate will play a key role in case strategy, supervise junior attorneys, and collaborate with experts in high-profile matters. This opportunity offers a hybrid work structure across multiple U.S. markets.

Location:

• Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Draft and review litigation documents including motions, briefs, discovery responses, and memoranda

• Lead efforts related to Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and coordinate evidentiary support

• Supervise associates and junior legal team members

• Conduct fact development, including depositions and investigations

• Assist in developing and implementing overall litigation strategy

• Maintain communication with clients on case status and legal strategy

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of litigation experience

• Background from an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated litigation environment preferred

• Significant experience with Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice

• Proven success in handling pharmaceutical or medical device product liability litigation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Active law license in the applicable jurisdiction

• Admission to the New York Bar is strongly encouraged
