Duties

• Engage in patent litigation cases, both offensively and defensively.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and during negotiations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of patent litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

Certifications

• North Carolina State Bar membership required.
