Requirements

• 15+ years of exclusive employment litigation defense experience.

• Proven school district and public entity defense background.

• Knowledge of class actions and PAGA-related claims.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and case-management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
