• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft clear and concise legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while keeping their best interests in mind.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including paralegals and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering any questions related to their cases.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar and good standing.
• Previous experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to advocating for clients and delivering justice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of New York (New York Bar).
