Duties

• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct discovery and document review.
• Prepare witnesses and draft motions.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in a private firm or transitioning from a government position.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.
• Other bar memberships are a plus.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
