Job Overview: A law firm seeks a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in First and Third Party Coverage matters. The role involves handling litigation, providing coverage opinion letters, and managing various aspects of insurance defense cases.

Job Duties:

• Examine insurance claims and assess coverage issues.
• Prepare comprehensive coverage opinion letters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Respond to discovery requests and oversee document production.
• Conduct and prepare for depositions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to institutional clients.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on insurance matters.
• Experience in insurance defense is highly desirable.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar and New York State Bar is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
