The candidate will have the chance to focus on all aspects of coverage disputes, including responses to civil remedy notices, taking an active role in pre-suit investigations, drafting initial coverage evaluations to client, and bad faith issues. Must have 3+ years of first party property/insurance defense experience. Should have experience handling first party property or insurance defense cases, taking and defending depositions, answering discovery, and preparing/arguing pleadings and motions.
