Litigation Technology/eDiscovery Specialist

Responsibilities: Assessing and supporting litigation technology needs for all stages of litigation matters and government investigations; researching, evaluating, testing, and advising the firm regarding eDiscovery applications and cloud-based repositories; developing eDiscovery plans aligned with client goals, deadlines, and budgets; consulting with team members and clients regarding all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”): identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, analyzing, reviewing, producing, and presenting electronically stored information (“ESI”) and paper documents; tracking and managing collected ESI through the processing of firm’s eDiscovery cloud-based repositories; troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions; and coordinating with case team regarding search criteria, reviewing processes and production; maintaining accurate records of data throughout the discovery process.
