Duties

• Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and conduct legal research.
• Lead and manage litigation and pre-litigation case strategy.
• Supervise litigation paralegals and collaborate with other departments.
• Represent clients in arbitration hearings, short trials, and jury trials.
• Advise the pre-litigation team to ensure cases are trial-ready.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation.
• Experience with depositions, arbitration, and writing motions.
• Previous courtroom experience as lead counsel is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.
• Experience with Workers' Comp cases is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
