Duties:
Draft legal advocacy documents, including motions, protests, petitions, briefs, and discovery
Represent clients in litigation, from case initiation through to trial
Provide oral advocacy in hearings and court proceedings
Work on cases related to Workers' Compensation, WISHA, and Employment Law
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and communication
Requirements:
0-5 years of legal experience, recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and writing skills (Required)
Attention to detail and ability to analyze medical evidence (Preferred)
Litigation experience or interest in litigation (Preferred)
Interest in Workers' Compensation, WISHA, and Employment Law (Desired)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team (Required)
Ability to commute to Mercer Island, WA (Required)
Willingness to relocate to Mercer Island, WA before starting (Required)
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Washington (Required)
