The candidate should have 4+ years experience as a residential real estate paralegal. Must be highly organized and tech savvy. Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight. Have excellent customer-relation skills. Attention to detail is an absolute must as is superior computer skills. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is required. Knowledge of Qualia a plus. Will be preparing all real estate closing paperwork. Drafting/reviewing deeds. Ordering and reviewing title exams. Coordinating with title insurance underwriters. Preparing/reviewing purchase and sale agreements. Answering phones. Handling client inquiries.
