Workers’ Compensation Attorney
The candidate will be meeting with clients at the various firm office locations, as well as virtually and by phone, to review facts and develop case strategies. Speaking with new potential clients and signing up new cases. Interviewing witnesses, conducting depositions, reviewing evidence, and speaking with the client. Attending all relevant hearings and advising clients following each hearing about the best strategies. Providing legal guidance and support. Should have 3+ years of experience. PA Bar admission is required. Should have the ability to handle a high case load. Experience with SmartAdvocate case management software is a plus. Spanish bilingual is a plus.
