Tax Services Manager - National Tax - Indirect Tax - Property Tax
The candidate will spend time on a diverse array of projects, responsibilities and tasks. Will support client engagements by participating in day-to-day interactions with team members, providing a quality work product and driving delivery of services to meet deadlines. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients, review analyst work product, drive delivery of services to meet deadlines, develop internal team members, and manage engagement economics. Direct, train and mentor Assistant Manager, Senior and Associate Analysts. Clearly define and communicate process documents and standards for US Analysts and GDS. Identify and remediate process inefficiencies. Review budgets, billing opportunities and engagement economics. Alert Tax Functional Leader to any areas of concern. Develop and deliver timely and responsive services along with high quality work products that exceed client expectations. Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special service offerings. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions for non-significant tax advice matters. For significant tax advice matters, prepare appropriate documentation and recommendations for further review and approval at the PPEDD level.
