The candidate's duties include: Serving as the point of contact and managing all trust administration matters the firm handles, including communicating with trust beneficiary clients on a regular basis, the financial managers for the individual trusts, and issuing payments for expenses and distributions to trust beneficiaries; Updating the Firm's practice management system to document all work performed on the Firm's various trust matters; Updating Quickbooks ledgers to reflect incoming and outgoing trust funds; Corresponding with the Firm's CPA to assist in preparation of trust tax returns; Drafting correspondence to various trust beneficiary vendors on a regular basis; Assisting the trust administration team with improvement of trust administration policies, systems, and procedures; Onboarding new trust administrations matters; Enhancing existing relationships with the Firm's trust administration referral sources and cultivating new referral relationships; Should have 3-5 years of administrative or secretarial experience in a professional setting; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Highly proficient with Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and calendaring; Basic knowledge of Quick Books Online.
