The candidate will support multiple attorneys and assist in calendaring, appointments setting, scheduling, docket management, drafting communications, and other attorney-support activities. Preparing form documents, creating case files electronically, and coordinating execution of documents, ensuring that the case schedules are met, collect required documents from a variety of sources, online filing of documents, and performing regular case status checks. College degree is preferred. 2+ years of experience in a similar position is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Must have good verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of patent prosecution practice is a plus.
