A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate to join their team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage loan warehouse facility transactions and will contribute to the firm's Global Finance group.

Duties

• Participate in the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Act as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.
• Engage with both lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan warehouse transactions.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Hands-on experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
