Duties:

• Lead family law matters from intake through resolution, including litigation and mediation

• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence

• Appear for hearings, trials, and mediations; provide in-depth case assessments and legal strategies

• Communicate regularly with clients, delivering updates and managing expectations

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with performance metrics and service standards

• Collaborate on process improvements and client service enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred

• Active and valid license from the State Bar of Texas (for at least 2 years)

• Substantial courtroom experience, including contested hearings and client consultations

• Skilled in case evaluation, litigation strategy, and family law procedural rules

• Familiarity with client-facing performance and case management standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar Admission (mandatory)

Skills:

• Exceptional legal writing and research capabilities

• Proficient in software such as Clio, TxDocs, MS Office, or Google Workspace

• High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and time management

• Energetic, solution-oriented, and client-focused mindset

Job Location:

• The Woodlands, TX
