• Duties
• Represent clients in litigation involving contract claims and design changes.
• Engage in pre-trial work, including motion practice and discovery.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and manage trial proceedings.
• Handle cases in federal, state, or tribal courts, and arbitration.
• Work with insurance carriers and manage coverage issues.

• Requirements
• Experience in construction law representing design professionals.
• Prior experience at a reputable law firm (5 years or more).
• A portable book of business valued at $350K is preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

• Skills
• Strong litigation and trial experience.
