Location:

• Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

• Advise clients on the formation of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Assist in structuring and executing secondary transactions and carry vehicles.
• Contribute to structuring separately managed accounts.
• Draft and review investment fund-related legal documents.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client presentations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment funds law.
• Expertise in private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Experience with secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles preferred.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
