• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Participate in case strategy development

• Manage case files and meet litigation deadlines

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials as needed

Requirements:

• Strong writing and research abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
