Renewable Energy Project Finance Associate
The candidate will be representing lenders and financial institutions in the drafting/negotiation of documentation relating to project financing, including construction, term, and development financings. Representing project developers and project sponsors in the drafting/negotiation of renewable energy project documents, such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements and ground and roof leases, as well as conducting due diligence of renewable energy projects. Representing buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and dispositions. Should have 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Must have experience with transacting on renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power, including complex transactions involving project finance, investment structures, tax equity, real estate, and energy laws. Excellent academic record and strong writing and analysis skills is required.
