Duties

• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage large document collection and production.
• Engage in all phases of discovery.
• Participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Supervise junior associates on case teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Collaborate across various teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong academic record from a top law school.
• Federal or state supreme court clerkship preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California.

Skills
